My advice:  Do not take Sudafed before going to bed.  Especially on the one night your husband so graciously volunteers to take all nightly duties to feed, change and calm the baby, in order for you to get a full night's sleep.  Unless, of course, you enjoy lying awake in your bed for hours, your mind racing from one subject to the next, and your limbs stretching in every direction in hopes of somehow detaching from your body so they can freely dance around the room.  Then, by all means, take the Sudafed.
